Third day part 3 - Memorizing 10 words while flying at Daheeyeon Jeju Island!

It’s been a while since I updated my blog!

How’s your holiday? Mine was great, but I kinda broke right now…hahaha…
* I can't even afford to buy concert ticket for SMtown!*

Firstly, I would like to say Happy Eid Mubarak for all the Muslim!

And, I just want to tell you guys that Ricky also posted Selamat Hari Raya message in my facebook timeline,…I am so happy because I know that he is a very busy celebrity! * I am his stalker…hihihi..*

Udah lumayan lama juga gue gak apdet yah!

Gimana liburannya? Asyik gak? Gue sih lumayan lah, tapi jadi rada bangkrut gitu deh…hihihi…
*buat beli tiket konser nya SM town ajah gue kagak sanggup!*

Gue juga mau ngucapin Selamat Lebaran  buat semua umat Muslim yah! Mohon maap lahir batin!

Dan gue juga mau ngasih tau ama lo semua, kalo Ricky juga ngucapin Selamat Lebaran lewat fesbuk gue lhoooo….ngerasa seneng banget karena gue tau banget kalo dia ituh sibuk banget! *gue kan stalker nya dia…hihihi…*

There are 3 things that made me happy receiving this message. First, he called me his friend. Yes, you are sooooo my friend Ricky! Second, he stated that I am a great mom, the highest compliment ever!, And third, he wrote “selamat Hari Raya”, wow! He said it in my bahasa! So touchy, thank you so much!

 Ada 3 hal yang bikin gue seneng banget nerima pesen ituh. Satu, karena dia bilang gue temen nya. Yah, lo emang temen gue banget! Kedua, dia mengatakan bahwa gue adalah ibu yang baik, pujian tertinggi banget ituh! Dan yang ketiga adalah dia nulis nya “Selamat Hari Raya”, Wow! Ngucapin nya pake bahasa gue pulak! Jadi terharu, makasih banyak yah!

Dondre also said that he is going to make a blog too. And his blog will be in English, Korean and japanese language, so intimidating and ambitious Dondre…hahaha…I’ll give you the link soon J

Dondre juga sempet ngomong, dan jadi pengen ikutan bikin blog juga. Dan rencananya blog nya bakalan pake bahasa Inggris, Korea dan Jepang! Buset dah, sangat mengintimidasi dan ambisius sekali si Dondre inih…hihihi…ntar gue kasih link nya yah!

Enough with the intro, let’s move on to our next schedule!!

We were landed safely at Jeju Island. It took about an hour flight from Seoul to Jeju Island.

I can’t believe that I am finally here! In Jeju Island! The most romantic places that I can only saw in the drama before. I almost cry for happiness! Seriously! I smell Romance!! With the big R!

The weather were so refreshing! So different! I felt like I was in the drama! *I don’t know how many times I said that cheesy lines, but I don’t care…hihihi…*

Cukup sudah dengan intro nya, mari kita beralih ke jadwal selanjutnya!

Kita mendarat dengan selamat di Jeju Island. Perjalanan dari Seoul ke Jeju Island sekitar se jam an lah.

Gue hampir gak percaya bahwa gue akhirnya beneran nyampe sinih! Di Jeju Island! Tempat paling romantic yang selama ini cuman bisa gue lihat di drama doang. Gue hampir dengan lebay nya menangis ter haru saking kegirangan. Serius deh! Samar samar mulai tercium aroma romantisme menguar di udara!*sayah memang lebay kalo lagi kesenengan*

Udaranya seger banget, gue berasa lagi berada dalam drama! *gue gak tahu udah berapa kali gue mengulang ulang kalimat klise ituh, tapi bodo amat ah*

We were at the airport. And I need to go to the toilet. I had a huge glass of coffee at the Alpine Coaster. To be honest, Caffeine made me wanna pee all the time. So I put the blame on the coffee that I had before.

But there were a long queue at the toilet, and I didn’t want to let all the crew and team had to wait for me. Especially Ricky, I always forgot that he is a celebrity *in a good way*. When we were at the airport, there were bunch of school girls just screaming and calling him, “oppa…oppa…”. That is so intense!  So, I think it was uncomfortable for him just to hang in the public place like that.

Kita berada di di Airport, dan tiba tiba gue berasa pengen pergi ke toilet. Gue minum segelas kopi gede waktu di Alpine Coaster, dan sebenernya penyakit norak gue adalah setiap kali abis minum caffeine, bawaannya langsung beser, alias pengen pipis terus. Jadi ini semuanya salah si kopi rese ituh!

Tapi antrian di toilet panjang banget, dan gue berasa gak enak kalo harus membiarkan para kru dan temen yang lain harus nungguin gue. Terutama sih Ricky, gue selalu lupa kalo si Ricky ini adalah celebrity. Ketika kita lagi nunggu di airport, ada segerombolan anak sekolahan yang histeris dan teriak teriak manggil manggil si Ricky, “oppa…oppa…”. Gilaaaaa…keren banget…hihihi…Jadi gue rasa dia suka berasa kurang nyaman kalo harus kelamaan nongkrong di public places kayak gituh.

So I asked Amelie, how long does it take to the next location? And she said about 20 minutes. So I decided to hold my pee for 20 minutes.

Okay, It was a BAD decision.

Jadi gue tanya Amelie, berapa lama kira kira waktu yang diperlukan untuk menuju ke tempat berikut nya. Dia sih bilangnya cuman 20 menit, jadi gue mutusin buat nahan pipis aja selama 20 menit.

Okay, ternyata itu adalah keputusan yang salah!

We were trying to find our bus, and then we waited there. I didn’t know exactly what are we waiting for. But, they wanted to take our picture there. Captured our first moment in Jeju Island. So I put my happy face, while I was holding my pee…hahaha…

Kita pun langsung nyari nyari bis, dan nunggu disonoh. Gue gak tahu, sebenernya kita disonoh nungguin apaan, tapi akhirnya mereka minta kita untuk poto poto dulu. Untuk menangkap moment pertama kita di Jeju Island. Jadi akhirnya gue pun pasang muka happy gue, sambil nahan pipis…hihihi…

And it turned out that, we stayed almost half an hour there, just to take our picture. I kept whispering to Tiph,

Erry : when will we be leaving? They said it took about 20 minutes to get there? Oh no, I was holding something!

Tiph : What? Are you holding your pee Erry?

Erry : yes, they said we will be arrived in 20 minutes, but we stayed here for almost half an hour. So I have to hold it for an hour? Oh my gosh, I wanna cry! I need to PEE like, right now!!

 *and we were laughing and giggling* but, BAM!

All of a sudden, I saw a camera right next to me! Ouch!

Did you shoot me just now? Did you hear everything? Is my mic still on? Can you edit that embarrassing scene please? *panick attack*

But the cameraman was just smiling to me!

*damn*

Dan ternyata, kita nunggu hampir setengah jam di pelataran parker ituh, cuman buat poto poto doang! Gue mulai bisik bisik ama si Tiph,

Erry : Sebenernya kapan sih kita cabutnya? Katanya lama perjalanan cuman 20 menit doang! Payah nih, gue lagi nahan sesuatu soalnyah…

Tiph : Apaan? Lo nahan pipis yah Erry?

Erry : Iyah, katanya kita bakalan nyampe 20 menit lagih, tapi inih nunggunya ajah udah setengah jam. Jadi gue harus nahan pipis selama se jam nih? Ampun deh, jadi pengen nangis! Gue pengen pipis banget nih!

*terus kita pun ketawa ketawa sambil cekikikan* tapi, BAM!

Tiba tiba, gue lihat ada kamera di sebelah gue! Ouch!

Eh, barusan lo nge shoot gue yah? Lo denger semuanya yah? Inih mic gue masih on gak yah? Bisa minta tolong di edit gak yang barusan? *panick attack*

Tapi si kameraman cuman cengar cengir ajah sambil ngelihatin gue!

*sial*

Actually, Tiph insisted that the cute guy in that coffee glass is her secret husband…hahaha..well, your secret husband is in my hand right now Maknae! I will punish him! *since I exposed this information through my blog, not so secret anymore...hahaha...*

Ini semuanya adalah kesalahan Kopi si Kim Soo Hyun ituh! Jelas jelas salahnya dia!!

Sebenernya si Tiph selalu ngaku ngaku bahwa cowok ganteng yang ada di gelas kopi ituh adalah suami rahasianya dia…hihihi…Hai Maknae! Suami rahasia lo ada di tangan gue sekarang! Gue akan hokum dia karena udah bikin gue beser terus…hihihi…*berhubung informasinya udah gue bongkar di blog inih, berarti udah gak rahasia lagi yah...hihihi..*

And do you know what will be our mission there? We will be experiencing our Zipline activitiy! * Oh Nooooo…is it safe?*

When we arrived there, I was directly going to the bathroom…hahaha…

Akhirnya kita pun berangkat ke tujuan selanjutnya! Daheeyeon Green Tea Garden!

Tempat yang indah banget, Hijau semua sejauh mata memandang, seger banget deh!

Trus lo tahu gak, misi yang harus kita lakukan disonoh? Zipline bok! Kalo di kita sih namanya flying fox lah yah! Ampun deh! *aman gak yah?*

Ketika kita sampe sana, gue langsung nyari kamar mandi…hhihi…

We had to wait a little while for the crew to prepare the setting and stuff. So we were playing around a little bit. We played Korean Traditional Game. Ricky taught me how to play that game. Simple actually, just throw them…hahaha…

And I asked him impulsively,” Okay Ricky, if I win this game, can I have the mapae please?”...hahaha…

And I remember he answered and laughed, “ No Erry, why is the mapae always in your head? just do this for fun!”…I know Ricky, I just felt so competitive at that time…hahaha…

Kita harus nunggu dulu bentar supaya para kru dan staf bisa nyiapin kamera dan setting nya. Jadi kita cuman nongkrong dan main main aja disonoh sambil nunggu waktu. Kita main permainan tradisional Korea. Ricky ngajarin gue sih gimana caranya. Gampang sih sebenernya, tinggal lempar doang…hihihi…

Dan secara impulsive gue pun nanya sama dia, “Okay Ricky, kalo gue menang permainan inih, gue bisa dapet mapae gak nih?”…hihihi…

Dan gue inget dia jawab sembari ketawa, “ Gak lah Erry, lo mah mikirin mapae terus sih? just for fun aja yah!”…iya, gue tahu, gue cuman ngerasa kompetitif banget aja saat ituh…hihihi…

Because we still had time, we went to the most strangest but awesome cafe I’ve ever seen.

It was Café in the cave, oh my gosh…it rhyme…hahaha…They gave us very refreshing drink, I forgot the name, sorry. But, since we were at the green tea field, I think we drank green tea…hihihi…

Karena kita masih punya waktu, kita pun pergi ke kafe yang paling aneh, tapi keren banget deh. Kafe in the cave, maksudnya adalah kafe nya ada di dalam Goa gituh. Keren deh. Trus mereka kasih kita minuman yang seger banget, tapi gue lupa namanya, sorry. Tapi, karena kita lagi ada di Green Tea Field, sepertinya sih minumannya ituh green tea yah…hihihi…

And finally, we had to do our mission. Actually, Amelie had already explained the rough concept about our mission in the bus. Basically, we had to ride that scary zipline, and looking for ten words hidden in the ground. Memorized all those ten words that related to Jeju Island, and said it in front of the camera. Another crazy mission I guess *seriously, you want me to memorize all those words while hanging up in the air???!!! I am not afraid of height, I just scared of falling down…hihihi…*

Dan akhirnya, kita harus menjalankan misi kita. Sebenernya Amelie udah ngejelasin secara  garis besarnya waktu di dalem bis. Pada dasarnya, kita harus bergelantungan secara mengerikan di zipline ituh, sembari berjelalatan mencari 10 kata yang tersembunyi di tanah. Hapalin ke 10 kata yang berhubungan dengan Jeju Island, terus sebutin deh di depan kamera. Misi gila lagi rupanya! *serius deh, lo pengen gue ngapalin semua kata ituh sambil bergelantungan di udara? Gue bukannya takut ketinggian sih, cuman takut jatuh kebawah ajah!...hihihi…*

It was a group mission. Michelle was with Tim, Tiphany was with Ricky, and my partner was Dondre.

As usual, I was scare!..hahaha…no need to explain!

The instructor was helping us to wear the helmet, jacket and everything. I saw the helmet camera, and literally hiding behind Dondre’s back..hahaha…

They explained the technical things that we had to do. You had to do this and that,…blablabla…when you are ready to land, pull up your legs…blablabla… there are gonna be 4…blablabla…

Tantangan tersebut merupakan group mission. Setelah diundi, Michelle barengan ama Tim, Tiph barengan ama Ricky sedangkan partner gue adalah Dondre.

Seperti biasanya, gue ketakutan…hihihi…gak perlu dijabarkan secara detail disini lah yah!

Instruktur nya ngebantuin kita buat pake helm, jaket dan lain sebagainya. Gue ngelihat helm kamera itu lagih, dan langsung ngibrit dan ngumpet di belakang punggungnya Dondre…hihihi..

Mereka ngejelasin beberapa hal teknis yang harus kita lakukan. Lo harus beginih dan begitu..blablabla…trus ketika udah siap untuk mendarat, angkat kaki lo biar gak nabrak…blablabla..ntar bakalan ada 4..blablabla…

Actually, I couldn’t concentrate when the instructor explained everything, I was trying to compose myself and be calm. Be elegant! Don’t do something stupid. There were cameras everywhere..hihihi…

And then, I heard that the instructor said, everything was perfectly safe, so there’s nothing to worry, but he directly looking at me, while smiling!

Hi Mr. Instructor!I didn’t say anything! Why are you looking at me? I think my fear was all over my face…hihihi…

Didnt hear anything that explained by the instructor! too nervous!

Sebenernya waktu itu gue bener bener gak focus banget ketika si Instruktur nya ngoceh ngasih keterangan. Gue lagi sibuk untuk menenangkan diri. Jangan norak, dan jangan melakukan sesuatu yang bodoh. 

Masalahnya banyak kamera dimana mana bok…hihihi…

Kemudian gue denger si Bapak Instruktur nya ngomong, semuanya aman kok, jadi gak perlu khawatir yah, tapi kok dia ngomongnya sembari ngelihatin gue dan cengar cengir yah?

Hi Bapak instruktur! Gue kan gak ngomong apa apa! Kenapa harus ngelihat nya ke gue sih?? Kayaknya tampang gue kelihatan ketakutan banget saat ituh kali yah…hihihi…

Dondre and I were trying to plot so many strategies. But I said to him that, “I think I will be busy screaming and scaring up there, and no time to memorize everything”. Dondre was so nice and trying to comfort me. He said something like, “Don’t worry Erry, I know we can do it!”

Do I really need to do this?

Dondre dan gue berusaha buat nyusun berbagai strategi. Tapi gue bilang ama dia, “Kayaknya di atas sonoh gue bakalan sibuk teriak teriak sambil ketakutan deh, dan gak bakalan punya waktu buat ngapalin apah apah!”. Dondre baik banget dan berusaha menenangkan gue, trus ngomong, “Jangan khawatir Erry, pasti kita bisa kok!”

Okay, so we climb up the stairs and getting ready to jump. Do I really need to do this? Before I jump, I remember I said something like, “Kayla, Fathir, mama loves you”…like a good bye message to my 2 kids…hihihi…so dramatic!

Akhirnya, kita pun menaiki anak tangga yang terlihat menakutkan ituh, dan bersiap siap untuk meloncat. Inih beneran gue harus loncat nih yah? Sebelum loncat, gue ngomong, “Kayla, Fathir mama sayang kalian yah!”…kayak ucapan selamat tinggal gituh buat anak anak gue…hihihi…dramatis abis!

I finally did it. After I overcame my fear while hanging up there, I was concentrating to look for the hidden words. They said there will be 10 words. But, strangely I only found 3 words. Damn!

I landed safely, but the instructor over there told me to go up. Wait! What? Why do I have to go up again?

I CAN'T BELIEVE I DID THAT!!!

Akhirnya gue beneran loncat! Setelah mengatasi rasa takut gue karena bergelantungan di atas sana, gue pun mulai berkonsentrasi untuk mencari kata kata yang tersembunyi tersebut. Seharusnya ada 10 kata, tapi anehnya, gue cuman nemuin 3 doang. Sial!

Gue mendarat dengan sempurna, tapi instruktur yang jaga disonoh malahan nyuruh gue buat naik ke atas lagih. Bentar! Apaan nih!!Ke atas?? Kenapa gue harus naik ke atas lagi?

Oh my gosh, I just realized what the instructor’s try to explained earlier. There gonna be 4 lanes? Or 4 lines? Oh, NO!! Does it mean that I had to do it again 4 times? Seriously? 4 times?

So that’s what happened. I did that scary things 4 times! How brave am I?

Ya Ampun!! Gue baru nyadar apa yang dijelasin sama si instruktur nya barusan waktu masih di darat. Bakalan ada 4…ehm..apaan sih? 4 jalur yah maksudnya? Mampus deh!! Jadi maksudnya kita harus bergelantungan nya 4 kali gituh yah? Serius nih? 4 kali?

Akhirnya yah gituh deh. Gue bener bener ber-zipline sebanyak 4 kali! Sungguh pemberani sekali gue inih!

But unfortunately, I could only remember 7 words. The reason is, because the other 3 words are Korean, non English word! I can’t even pronounce it, for me it was like..bhuiskbyg…hahaha…And the worst thing is, Dondre also remember the same words like me…hahaha…how come?

Tapi sayangnya, gue cuman bisa mengingat 7 kata ajah. Alasannya karena, 3 kata lainnya pake bahasa Korea, bukan bahasa Inggris! Bahkan nyebutinnya aja gue gak bisa, buat gue kelihatannya seperti…hufisnbjha…hahaha…dan yang lebih parahnya adalah Dondre juga mengingat kata kata yang sama persis kayak gue…hihihi…kok bisa yah?

Finally, Tiph and Ricky won for remembering 8 words. I think Tiphany did all the job while Ricky was busy having fun doing the upside down while hanging up in the air...hahaha…And Michelle and Tim was ‘it doesn’t matter team’ *Tim’s favorite word, but said it with the cute Australian accent*, so it doesn’t matter for them…hahaha…

But, we really had fun!!

Okay, I think I had to stop now, and I will continue my story as soon as possible…just stay tune okay!

Akhirnya, Tiph dan Ricky yang menang karena berhasil mengingat 7 kata. Gue rasa sih si Tiph yang ngapalin semua kata nya, sementara si Ricky sibuk bersenang senang di atas sana, sampai jungkir balik segala tuh dia…hihihi…Sedangkan Tim dan Michelle menamakan team nya, “it doesn’t matter team’, sesuai kalimat kesukaannya si Tim, jadi ‘it doesn’t matter’ ajah kali yah..hihihi

Tapi kita bener bener bersenang senang disonoh!

Okay, kayaknya gue harus brenti sampai sinih dulu deh, ntar pasti ceritanya gue sambung lagih secepatnya yaaaah…stay tune okay!
